Once your prescription has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery is made via a tracked courier service to the address provided at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or circumstances beyond our control. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery or that a safe location is agreed with the courier.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us promptly. Once a prescription has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for medication, in accordance with UK medicines regulations and patient safety requirements.
If you believe you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will investigate and resolve the matter appropriately.
